Inspiration

As an artist I am often asked ...-"What inspires you Chelsea?" and my answer is always the LovE that keeps growing in me for my daughters. I paint and create from the heart with great emotion and motherhood fuels that creative drive. If you are a parent and you are reading this, then I am certain you can understand my reasoning. But I am also curious.....what Inspires you, what is it that fuels what you do? I am incredibly facinated by the word Inspiration...so tell me what Inspires you? I do not care what you do I just want to know what fuels it.....so tell me.I look forward to hearing from you.  Hello all.....I wanted to share this lttle video with you. As mentioned I am no Peter Jackson but I will make better videos as I learn to use the software with more confidence. I really enjoyed making this piece because it allowed me to filter my thoughts into a positive direction when I was in a very angry place while on holiday. Painting is very therapeutic for me and brings out the best in me..so I had to get my kit out and et myself back on track...and it workedI was able to redirect my thoughts on all the things that bring me JOY and instantly felt better. The Fiction Project Update 1!

Hi everyone! I hope the year has been kind to you all so far.

As promised here is an update on my progress thus far..I used gesso on most of the pages to give it more body to work with as well as making it more versatile to apply all the mediums I plan to use.

 To date I have used the following;

• chalk pastels
• pens
• markers
• colour pencils
• coloured paper
•  felt pens 
• and alot of passion.

I look forward to sharing more updates.
