Be Inspired today to do something for yourself, to indulge a little in something fun and idle just for a moment.

I am off to visit a dear friend today and I know there will be laughter and fun to be had and when the visit is all done and I am home again I will want to paint or do something creative, which I will later share with you. This is my way of capturing these moments of happiness and celebrating the power of friendship. What will you do today?

My Studio and Kids-progress

I really wanted to share a photo story of my little studio,bare with me as it is still in progress. It used to be Erin's baby room but she loves sleeping with her big sister, so they share a room now. Then, I kicked my husband/office out and have now claimed it as my own. It is small ( 13 feet by 11 feet)  But it is my slice of heaven. I am happily organising it, to make my cards, jewellery, paintings, art journalling and the like. So here are the pics................I hope you enjoy.

Handmade Heaven-Spread the love

It was damp and rainy last Saturday but that did not make a difference to us, we set off to support our
CRYSTAL PALACE HANDMADE MARKET .
 It was wonderful to see all the yummy and luxurious handmade products on display for sale. It made me very proud to be part of the Handmade Movement. 

We popped into L.W.S Bookshop at 68 Church Rd [Drop In and  Support this Charity Book Store!!] where some crafters were stationed.

The bonus of belonging to the creative community is that I get to meet wonderful creative types like me. I cannot help myself when I see something wonderful, a well made product, really brilliant customer service or a kind act, I have to share it with others.In this case it was these great creative women Please take a moment to check out their site and show them some love.
