As an artist and a mother of 2 little girls it was with great delight that I received a message via BritMums Prohttp://www.britmumsblog.com/?p=11248 that 100 members could receive a box of Kellogg's Rice Krispies with a colour-in Snap, along with a WHSmith
“Bumper Colouring Case” worth £20 RRP. Well ofcourse I applied and happily got chosen to take part in the competition. Here is our entry story..
#Our ColourMeInRK pack arrived |
needless to say-she could not wait to open up the package |
These pics below tell the story itself of how the girls -
Armelle 6 and Erin 3 enjoyed being creative over a bowl of Kellogg's Rice krispies.........enjoy...
adding glitter.. their favorite part as it was the most tactile medium in the bumper pack. |
there were sticky fingers and huge smiles at the end. |
the finished product |
Thank you Kellogg's Rice Krispies and BritMums Pro for the opportunity to enter the Britmums#ColourMeInRK competetion, sponsord by Kellogg's.
We had a brilliant time, what a wonderful way to spend a weekend being creative over breakfast! why not try it with your kids. It is a great way to bond, seeing their little faces light up with fascination when blending different colours together. The joys are endless!
Warm Wishes

I love it! Sisters at work. They are too adorable.
Thank you, they really had a wonderful time this morning.
Adorable little girls. Nice to see that they're developing a strong interest in art. Also nice to see a company like Kellogg's encouraging art in our children.
Math, reading, science, history, etc. is important but the Earth is a far more beautiful place when there's art and music in it. :)
I have to agree that the glitter was the best part :)
Looks like they had so much fun! What a great entry!

That is a big Rice Krispies Box! Was there cereal in it too? lol These pics are just too adorable though. You are lucky to have captured this bonding moment on camera. The girls definitely take after mom in the art department.
